By contacting Door2Door Garage Door Services and scheduling service, you agree to these general terms. A technician will assess your garage door and provide a quote before any paid work begins. Work proceeds only with your explicit approval.
Estimates provided in person or over the phone are based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described. Any changes will be communicated to you before work continues.
Emergency and after-hours calls are subject to additional service fees as disclosed at the time of your call. Emergency fees cover the cost of dispatching a technician outside of standard business hours.
We stand behind our labor. If you experience an issue with work performed by Door2Door within 30 days of service, contact us and we will return to evaluate and address the problem at no additional labor cost. Parts are subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Door2Door Garage Door Services is not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues unrelated to the garage door mechanism, or damage caused by the customer's own actions. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
